This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Noraveliaus, which is owned and operated by NORAVELIA INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1) Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing includes payment verification, product inspection, secure packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier. Orders are fulfilled through our network of trusted fulfillment partners to ensure efficiency.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery timelines begin only after your order has been dispatched.


2) Shipping Fees

We offer transparent standard shipping rates based on your order total:

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders of $69.00 or more.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: $9.99 for orders under $69.00.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.


3) Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days.

Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been shipped. While we strive to meet these estimates, transit times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.


4) Order Cutoff & Non-Business Days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Carrier schedules may be impacted during holidays, which could affect final delivery dates.


5) Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


6) Shipping Destinations

We primarily ship within the United States. If your location cannot be selected during checkout, we do not currently provide shipping services to that area.


7) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. NORAVELIA INC is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.


8) Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing products, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the items and shipping label for our review.
