Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and related requests are handled when purchasing from Noraveliaus, which is owned and operated by NORAVELIA INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.


1) Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and inserts must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for refund approval.


2) Restocking Fee

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet the eligibility criteria.


3) How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact: service@noraveliaus.com

Within the 30-day return window, please include your order number and the items you wish to return. Once your request is reviewed and authorized by our support team, we will provide specific return instructions and the appropriate Return Center address.

Note: Please do not send items to our administrative office in Denver, as they are not equipped to process physical returns.


4) Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.


5) Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days after inspection.


6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
